Boiling

  1. Place the frozen dumplings into the boiling water.
  2. Stir around so they won't be sticking at the bottom of the pot.
  3. When the water reboils, add a cup of cold water or reduce the cooking temperature. This way will reduce the cooking temperature and avoid boiling aggressively, which will result wrapping skins falling apart.
  4. Keep cooking for another 12 mins.

Pan Frying

  1. Place the frozen dumplings onto a pre-heated (medium) nonstick pan with oil.
  2. Cook until the bottom of the dumplings turns gold.
  3. Add water to nearly half of the height of the dumplings and cover with a lid.
  4. Cook until the water evaporates, which will take approximately 10mins, and dumplings are ready to be served.
