Cooking Instructions
Boiling
- Place the frozen dumplings into the boiling water.
- Stir around so they won't be sticking at the bottom of the pot.
- When the water reboils, add a cup of cold water or reduce the cooking temperature. This way will reduce the cooking temperature and avoid boiling aggressively, which will result wrapping skins falling apart.
- Keep cooking for another 12 mins.
Pan Frying
- Place the frozen dumplings onto a pre-heated (medium) nonstick pan with oil.
- Cook until the bottom of the dumplings turns gold.
- Add water to nearly half of the height of the dumplings and cover with a lid.
- Cook until the water evaporates, which will take approximately 10mins, and dumplings are ready to be served.
